SHIPPING & RETURNS
Since we are a small business, we kindly ask that you allow 3-7 business days for your item to be processed and shipped. If you are ordering a custom or bulk order, the time frame may be a little longer depending on the specifics of your order. We pride ourselves in making sure your items are packaged to the best of our ability. We can ship through USPS and FedEx and will choose whichever option best suits your needs. We are, however, not responsible for lost or damaged products that may occur through shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please feel free to email us at within 7 days so we can try to rectify the problem. To be eligible for a return within 7 days, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for store credit only. There are no refunds or returns on custom or personalized items.
